The Visionary Behind It All

Sam is the Founder and Owner of Beyond Beyond Brie, leading the company’s vision, creative direction, and day-to-day operations. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, she's always had a passion for food and creating memorable experiences. What started as making charcuterie boards for friends and family turned into a creative outlet—and eventually into a business she truly loves.

Sam began this business during the Covid pandemic, never imagining it would grow the way it has. Over the past few years, she has been so lucky to create boards and grazing tables for everything from small get-togethers to big celebrations, and every event still feels special to her.

She loves coming up with creative ideas and adding those special touches that make each board unique. "The joy of creating edible art that perfectly fits my clients is truly rewarding.
