I’m Sam, the owner of Beyond Brie.  With 15 years of experience in the food industry, I’ve always had a passion for food and creating memorable experiences. What started as making charcuterie boards for friends and family turned into a creative outlet—and eventually into a business I truly love.

I began this business during the Covid pandemic, never imagining it would grow the way it has. Over the past few years, I’ve been so lucky to create boards and grazing tables for everything from small get-togethers to big celebrations, and every event still feels special to me.

I love coming up with creative ideas and adding those special touches that make each board unique. The joy of creating edible art that perfectly fits my clients is truly rewarding.
